Tomi
Tomi for travel

Arriving late? Let Tomi call the hotel.

Find out whether reception will be open and how to collect your key. Write your question in your language; Tomi asks the hotel staff by phone.

Your first minutes are free

Every new account gets 12 minutes of talk time on us, spread across your first calls — no card, no subscription. Hold time is never billed, and a call we fail to connect costs you nothing. Once the free minutes run out, calls are billed per minute from your credit balance.

No subscription. Rates vary by destination.

From your task to an answer

01

Add the hotel’s number, reservation name and local arrival time.

02

Choose the call language and review the cost before starting.

03

Read the answer and check-in instructions in your call report.

Confirm a late arrival

Include the guest name, arrival date, expected local arrival time and booking reference if needed. Ask whether reception will be open, how to collect the key and whether a late arrival needs to be noted on the reservation. Check the report for an actual confirmation.

Ask before committing to extras

Tomi can ask about luggage storage hours, a shuttle price or early check-in availability. Set a boundary such as “ask for the price, but do not book a paid service.” A short, specific question is easier to resolve than an open-ended negotiation.

Understand booking changes

The hotel may require you to contact the booking platform or verify your identity personally. Tomi cannot bypass these checks. Do not include passwords, one-time codes or card details in the call brief. Review cancellation terms and any extra costs yourself.

Keep the outcome

Read the transcript for staff names, local times, instructions and any quoted prices. If the next step requires documents or payment to the hotel, complete it through the hotel’s official channel. A completed conversation is not necessarily a completed booking change.

Questions before your first call

Is late check-in guaranteed?

The hotel decides. Tomi asks the question and returns the answer; approval is not guaranteed.

Does the button place a call immediately?

No. It opens a form where you can review the number, brief and call settings.
