The service

Tomi places outbound phone calls on your behalf, based on the task instructions you provide via the Claude MCP connector, and reports back a transcript and outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tomi to:

• Place calls that are illegal, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive to the recipient beyond the required AI-disclosure.
• Impersonate a specific real person without their consent.
• Attempt bulk or automated cold-calling / spam campaigns.

We may refuse or cancel any call request that appears to violate this policy.

Disclosure

Every call opens with a spoken disclosure identifying the caller as an AI assistant acting on your behalf. This cannot be disabled.

Credits and payment

The service is billed on a pay-per-call credit basis, purchased in advance via /topup. Your first call (up to 5 minutes) is free. Credits are consumed as calls are placed and are non-refundable once a call has been placed, except where required by law.

No warranty

Tomi places calls on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any call will be answered, understood, or achieve the requested outcome, and we are not liable for the actions or responses of call recipients.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
