Tomi ("we", "us") provides an MCP connector that places phone calls on behalf of Claude users. This page explains what data we process and why.

What we collect

Your Claude/OAuth account identifier, used to attribute calls and credit balance to you.
The phone number and task instructions you submit for each call.
Audio, call metadata, and the resulting transcript of calls placed on your behalf.
Payment and billing records (handled by our payment processor, Polar.sh — we do not store card details).

Solely to place the call you requested, report the outcome back to you, and operate the credit/billing system described at /topup.

Our voice-calling platform (currently Vapi, backed by Twilio) to place and record the call.
Polar.sh, our merchant of record, to process payments.
Our database provider, to store call and billing records.

We do not sell your data or the data of anyone you ask us to call.

Call transcripts and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active, so you can review past calls, and as needed to resolve disputes.
